Hi, I’m Grier Neilson, the founder and passionate soul behind Bohemian Ekko Creative.
Industry experience is over 30 years, spanning beauty, hair, makeup, body painting, editorial, film, TV, wardrobe and photography plus relationship building, networking and a love for connecting. I've been lucky enough to have collaborated with some of the biggest names and brands around the globe, but regardless of who I’m working with, I’m always an energetic, genuine, and grounded creative who truly respects my clients. Because for me, being authentic and creating a safe space to capture the essence of what makes you uniquely you is my focus.
If I can drop a few names of brands and great humans I have worked with, Clarins, Lorna Jane and Pike Jewellers, Sony Picture Releasing, Universal Pictures and Berlin Opera, as well as alongside celebrities and their crews on costumes and wardrobe such as Micheal Buble, Janet Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, Hugh Jackman, Miranda Tapsell, Gwilym Lee and Bryan Brown.
I playfully describe myself as a “yuppy hippy” with my love of turquoise jewellery, bare feet on the beach, her crazy hair and creative nature while perpetually seeing the good in people and enjoying quality in all things in life.
